We have numerous contractors and tradesmen working for us who can ensure your property is well looked after and maintained to the highest standards. We have long-term agreements with many third party vendors, therefore we can ensure costs are kept to a minimum and any work carried out is completed to a high standard; passing on those savings to you. Over the years, we have built up a support group of very capable professionals, including tradesmen, accountants, cleaners and handymen. We check the quality of the work regularly, ensuring they are competitively priced and for larger projects, full tendering and project management is always undertaken.
